APPOINTMENTS

All dogs will need to get a signed referral form from their veterinary surgeon before they can receive treatment from us. This is confirmation from your vet that your dog is fit and healthy enough to have hydrotherapy sessions and that there are no underlying conditions.

BOOKINGS

We will only be able to see your dog if you have an appointment. The booking process is as follows:

1. Download one of our Referral forms on our website; (If you would like a form posted to you, please call us on 01954 230940)
2. Complete sections 1 and 2;
3. Read our Terms and Conditions and sign the bottom of the Referral form agreeing to abide by our terms;
4. Ask your vet to fill out section 3 and ensure they sign at the bottom.  They can then email the form to us.
5. You can then give us a call to discuss your dog’s needs and make an initial appointment.

SESSIONS/PRICES

Hydrotherapy sessions – Duration 30 minutes (20 minutes swimming / 5 minutes shower at either end) – £35.00

PAYMENT

Payment will be required at the end of the every session by direct BACS transfer.  A receipt will be supplied for all payments.

CLAIMING THROUGH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY

Some insurance companies will pay for a set amount of hydrotherapy sessions, but we advise you to check with them before booking with us.   Payment will still be required after each session, even if you are claiming through your insurance.

CANCELLATIONS

We realise that circumstances change and appointments need to be cancelled from time to time and our policy requires 24 hours’ notice period.  Any appointments cancelled out of this timeframe will be charged in full as well as any missed appointments.

Hydro-fur-apy Ltd., will make every effort to contact clients if an appointment needs to be changed or cancelled, but we will not accept liability for any losses or damage arising from this.
